1.) Conduct site inspection to determine whether a particular site is feasible for Andok’s outlet (franchise or company owned).
2.) Prepare sketches, take measurements, note the availability of public drainage, existing electrical and water supplies.
3.) Coordinate with lessors regarding any issues that may hinder the construction of the outlet.
4.) Design new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings for Andok’s projects.
5.) Prepare architectural drawings containing floor plans, elevations, plumbing sanitary lines and roof truss details using autoCAD and rendering software.
6.) Select suitable finishing materials that are aesthetically pleasing at the same time economical and should conform to the standards a set by the Philippines Building Code.
7.) Consult with OPN and Construction Supervisors for their input. Finalize engineering drawing incorporating OPN’s and Constn supervisor’s input.
8.) Process drawings for blueprinting then endorse to Admin
9.) Conduct site inspection of on-going construction of outlets if it conforms to specs and design.
